Ruto, on Sunday ‘bullied’ the First Lady ,
Margaret Kenyatta, and reduced her to a
mere messenger.
The President and his Deputy , who are so
used to one another that they often
engage in a game of ‘small boy s’, holding
hands and laughing uncontrollably right
before members of the public and in official functions, involved Margaret in
their games during Madaraka Day celebrations at Nyayo Stadium.

The two exchanged notes from time to time with Uhuru’s wife as their
messenger and conduit since she was seated right between them.
Their game went on for a while and whatever it is they were sharing was funny
because the two were seen giggling and laughing silly as the event went on.
The First Lady was forced to laugh as well to maintain the mood at the high
table although she was not aware of whatever Uhuru and Ruto were
exchanging in their secret notes.
Uhuru and Ruto have been criticized for being too friendly considering the
offices they hold.
